Dear RentMen Visitors, Recently KeishatheGeisha chose to answer 16 interview questions and his interview was last updated on .
If you were to pick something that everyone else should absolutely know about you, what would that be?
I'm Keisha and I am a recovering artist. I use ***ing as a way to financially and creatively fund my artistic life. I am actually interested in the ***ing industry which I think is an interesting fact. I would like others to know that I create a safe space for my clients to be themselves and feel like they can trust me with what ever they need. Once again, I'm their believing mirror at hand.
How do you go that ‘extra mile' in your life?
Definitely utilising my Morning Pages writing meditation and doing my 5 Alive every day, and doing my weekly Artist Date gives a little 'oomph' to my life.
What do you do for fun?
I do lots of things for fun such as creating music, going on artist dates at least once every week, cooking and cosmetics.
Tell us about the best experience you have had in your life.
One of my best experiences was when I got to perform 'Man in the Mirror' as a solo performer for the ShOUT Youth Chorus and The Gay and Lesbian Choir concert in 2015. It was a dream come true and so empowering too.
What makes you stand out from the crowd?
I live a very outliers' kind of artistic life. Who would of thought that I would be doing so many things that I love, having the support of so many wonderful people and being able to *** as well as part of my interests?
What would you say are your greatest personal traits?
My greatest attributes have to be my creativity, my courage, my bravery and my perseverance as an artist and human being.
What is your ‘niche’?
I think my niche is providing a safe space for people who hire me to be heard, validated and valued for who you are. I'm just a believing mirror to them.
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
I don't travel a lot. I'm definitely more of a homebody than someone with a travel bug.
What kind of diet and fitness regime do you follow?
I don't have a specific diet and fitness regime since I'm not into that. I do eat a lot of home-cooked meals and occasionally eat at restaurants. I do a lot of walking by myself and also have a nightly routine walk with my father.
What’s your lifestyle? What makes you who you are?
I now live by a motto created by A.R.T.S Anonymous called 5 Alive. I create art for at least 5 minutes a day, whether it be my music, my writing, playing with myself, etc. Living by the Artist's Way basic tools, I do my Morning Pages writing meditation every day to keep my mental health sharp and assertive, and an Artist Date at least once a week to self-nurturing myself into play.
What would you like your followers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?
As part of my mental health recovery, I hire other ***s for sex therapy and to support them with their business. This means I do understand the perspective of being a client, which makes it great for me to meet my prospective clients and ensure they get their value for their money.
If we sat on the beach and drank wine and ate great food just you and I, what would you tell me about yourself and your life?
Firstly, I don't drink alcohol so I'll be drinking ginger ale thank you. I'll tell you that I have been successfully creating my life to be a wonderful artist date; a festive and intuitive journey of trust and faith, however small leaps of faith I have taken to create it as my life.
What should others absolutely know about you?
Others should know that I will provide a safe space for you to be validated and valued as who you are because you deserve to be you beautiful being. I had rare insistences where this 'believing mirror' activity occurred in my life so I would like to give this gift to someone else in need as I give myself this gift too.
What do you enjoy most about yourself?
I enjoy my courage and bravery to be gentle with myself the most. I currently being diagnosed with depression, anxiety andschizotypal personality disorder, which teaches to be very kind to myself and as a result, kind to others. A motto that I have continued to practise over the years is 'treating myself like a precious object will make me strong'.
What are 5 things you can’t live without?
1. Morning Pages writing meditation
2. Dealing with Criticism writing tool
3. My creativity
4. My voice memos app on my Iphone
5. My internal and external supports
What are your hobbies? What do you like to do in your spare time?
