Interview

  • What do you enjoy most about yourself?
My curiosity about the world and my place in it
  • Name 5 things that you can’t live without.
Music. Friendship. Passion. My 😻. Something to be looking forward to.
  • What’s your lifestyle? What makes you who you are?
I’m currently the most responsibility free that I’ve been in the last 10years. I moved to Los Angeles late last year after paring down my material goods life (which feels amazing) and am taking time to learn new skills while also taking time to travel. As the saying goes, I’m here for a good time, not a long time.

So you’ll most likely find me living my best life, and i recommend joining me in doing so
  • What are your greatest personal traits?
I’m a very open and embracing person. I assume the best of everyone I meet and this in turn makes me very approachable. Catty and aloof is over. It’s not cute, and we need to be better to each other
  • Tell us what you consider to be your greatest life experience.
There’s so many to choose from, which is def a nice ‘problem’ to have 😏 but if I have to list my top 3 from this past year:

3rd annual Shasta Fierce Contest, where my friends rent a houseboat on Lake Shasta, California and spend a weekend reveling in nature’s beauty and connecting with each other an open (and not only unjudged but embracing) nurturing environment. I judged the contest this year and am so inspired 💜

Burning Man. Same wonderful vibes but on a different scale. Of everything I’ve done it’s still the craziest (re: amazing) shit I’ve ever seen.

Gays Hate Techno. A misnomer of sorts as it’s a long weekend full of queer positivity and techno/dance parties almost all hours of the day. Picture Sound of Music, but the hills are alive with homos and techno 🤗
  • How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or you are more of a homebody?
    As much as possible.
The last 5 years I’ve visited/lived in Crete, Barcelona/madrid, london, paris, mykonos, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Mexico, Guatemala, and Australia.

Currently in Bali and loving it here but am also excited to use this as a hub to travel to new places.

I’ve found people who are travelling are usually the most open and friendly as they’re intrinsically open to new experiences and meeting new people. It’s a refreshing mindset to be in.
